The ground rules for using Netify

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Netify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Netify. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction to consent to these terms, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using Netify, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the platform without permission.
• Upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

The Netify name, logo, design, and platform are the property of Netify. Movie posters, music covers, trailers, and related media displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners (studios, labels, artists, or platforms such as YouTube) and are used for discovery and informational purposes.

6. Third-Party Content

Netify aggregates and links to content hosted on third-party platforms, including YouTube. We do not host, own, or control this content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the practices of the platforms hosting it. Playback and download of third-party content is subject to that platform's own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content recommendations will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Netify at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
